There is one resolution that I have kept up with. I made the resolution a few years ago. I wanted to get organized with our paperwork. I would like to take it a step further and get a filing cabinet. For now, what I have going now works for me.
What about you? Have you ever kept a resolution you made in January?
My organizational filing system works for me. I keep all of our important paperwork, such as bills, medical, warranty information and anything else in folders. Each folder is labeled. I have a folder for each of our bills and each time I pay a bill they go in their folders. I’ve kept this system for a few years now and it is easier for me to find information or paperwork when we need it.
There are a few things I want to improve upon with my organizational system. I do want to be more organized with our taxes. I need to put them all in folders to keep them together. I have some past taxes in one folder and other years in other places. They all need to be together.
I am running out of room in our little box I use to keep our folders in. I definitely need a filing cabinet to keep everything in one central location. My husband leaves it up to me to keep our paperwork organized. He signed us up for dental insurance with his employer and he asked me to keep that information. He knows that if he kept paperwork, it would end up on his desk, under a pile of books or even lost.
