Advanced Nutrition by Zahler has got me thinking about something that has escaped my attention as a Mom — cue Mom guilt. There is a lot of information out there regarding the importance of probiotics to support a healthy digestive system for adults who may be suffering from issues such as gas, bloating and leaky gut syndrome.
But, how many moms (even those who are considered SuperMoms) have thought about our children’s digestive systems at all, much less in terms of good bacteria vs. bad bacteria or leaky gut syndrome?
